Know where it goes.
Sandlot League is free for every child. We believe anyone who offers support should be able to understand who receives it and what happens next.
Sandlot League currently operates under Wabash Little League and is not presently a separate legal or tax-exempt entity.
Merchandise purchases
Sandlot League merchandise is purchased securely through Shopify and made to order by Printful. The customer pays the product price, shipping and any applicable tax at checkout.
Direct production, fulfillment, platform and payment-processing costs are paid first. All remaining profit from Sandlot League merchandise goes to Wabash Little League.
That support helps Wabash Little League maintain the local baseball community that makes the Original Chapter possible and helps Sandlot League remain free for every child.

Direct financial support
Sandlot League does not currently process direct monetary donations through this website.
If you would like to give financially, contact the Home Office first. Because Sandlot League currently operates under Wabash Little League, financial contributions are coordinated through Wabash Little League or directed to a specific approved need.
Do not assume a financial contribution is tax-deductible unless the organization receiving it confirms that status in writing and provides the appropriate documentation.
Equipment, food and other in-kind support
We welcome useful equipment and practical help by arrangement. Please contact us before delivering items so we can confirm the current need and make sure the gift can be used safely.
- Usable baseball equipment may be placed in the Equipment Closet or used during Sandlot League.
- Food and concession support is coordinated for Wabash Little League activities.
- Volunteer time and professional services are coordinated through the Home Office.
Monthly stewardship record
Beginning with the launch of Sandlot League merchandise, we will publish a stewardship summary every month. Each summary will report:
- Gross merchandise revenue
- Direct Printful production and fulfillment costs
- Shopify, platform and payment-processing costs
- Net merchandise profit sent to Wabash Little League
- The amount and date of each transfer
- In-kind equipment, food and other community gifts received, and how they were used
If there is no financial or in-kind activity during a month, we will say so. Customer information and donor identities will not be published without permission.
These monthly summaries will create a permanent public record of the community’s support and Sandlot League’s stewardship.
Our stewardship promise
We will not describe a purchase as a donation. We will not promise tax deductibility we cannot document. We will not hide where merchandise profit goes.
